How It Works
Our simple process ensures a seamless experience from start to finish.
1Preparing the FlashBands
Your flashband order will be prepared by one of our warehouse staff, ensuring all contents are tested and ready to be boxed with care.
2Packing the FlashBands
All of our products are packaged with love and care, using bespoke heavy-duty cases to ensure nothing is damaged in transit. The controller is packed in foam ABS shockproof cases, and all orders will include cables requested as well as setup instructions.
3Transit – Sent Via DHL
Your order is then sent via DHL the day before your delivery date. The courier will text/email you in the morning of the delivery and give you a 1-Hour delivery slot! The bands will arrive between 9 am-5:30 pm – So make sure someone is in!
4Arrive – Plug In & Away You Go
When the bands arrive, remove the plastic tag, take out the controller, plugin and away you go! Enjoy your FlashBands!
We offer set up videos and instructions to make your setup as smooth as possible.
5After The Event – Collection
Your equipment will be collected between 9 am-5:30 pm by the courier. The bands are to keep! Ensure you pack up the rest of the boxes with the controller and cables. Use tape to secure the boxes ready for collection. Your order will return with us the day after collection. We will check and confirm the booking has been returned correctly.
